Backed by over 21 years of experience in the events and exhibition industry, Joel began his career as an account executive, tasked to manage projects in the area of events, interiors and exhibitions. He excelled in customer service and managed to maintain several key accounts in both private and government sectors. In the course of his career, opportunities to handle many large-scale full turnkey events were undertaken successfully, one of which was the International Olympic Council session held at the Westin Stamford Hotel in Singapore.
With an eye-for-detail and imminent technical and problem-solving skills, Joel has established lasting rapport with clients under his care. A slew of mega projects were completed such as Nanjing ASEAN Youth Games 2013,Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, Bi Gui Yuan property launch in Shanghai, Disneyland Shanghai thematic interior fit-outs, Guangzhou Knowledge City gallery and the DBS Asian Conference in Shanghai.
With his business acumen, he orchestrated the opening of Vietnam new office and its daily operation. Together with his team in Vietnam, the office had became one of the notable Theme Park Builder in Vietnam.
Equipped with the new digital age knowledge, Joel spearheaded the comsumer business in Radius. He started the first retail and online business in Radius called Letzgomarket. This help to spread the wing of Radius during the Covid period where the core business is affected.

Joel 在活动计划和展览策划领域里服务了超过 21 年。他带着丰富的经验，展开了客户服务管理生涯，主要负责带领策划活动和展览。 他在服务客户方面表现优异，并成功守住了许多重要的大客户，包括私营企业及政府部门。他也负责策划了多场大型的国际活动，其中就包括在新加坡威斯汀斯坦福德酒店举行的国际奥林匹克理事会会议。
Joel 拥有深入细致的技术和解决问题的技能，在客户的关心下与客户建立了持久的融洽关系。在Joel的带领，团队们成功举办南京东盟青年运动会、南京青年奥林匹克运动会、上海碧桂园地产发布会、上海迪士尼乐园主题室内装修、广州知识城展厅、星展亚洲会议等一系列大型项目。
凭借他的商业头脑，在越南新设办公室及其日常运营。他的越南团队在该国已成为著名的主题公园建设者之一.
于是并进的他也拥有数字时代的新知识，在 Radius 中引领了通勤业务并创办Radius的第一家名为LETZGOMARKET的零售和在线业务。 这有对于Radius核心业务在冠状病毒2019的影响下，进入新领域开阔新篇章。
