Ms. Peng Yan has established two auction companies and achieved both good results. Since 2007, she has engaged in financial service industry such as pawn, guarantee and factoring. Now she is the chairman of a commercial factoring company in Shenzhen and the managing partner of King Tower Global Investors(Group) in Hong Kong.Ms. Peng Yan majored in physics for her bachelor's degree and received her master's degree in EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. With her unique keen insight and delicate analytical skills, Ms. Peng Yan has been constantly learning new knowledge in the field she is engaged in with rich experience and extensive resources. In recent years, Ms. Peng Yan focuses on equity investment and secondary market investment, and has invested in more than ten listed companies. At the same time, her corporate team owns extensive investment experience in the secondary market investment, providing investment advisory services to a number of institutions.
